M&J Pallet Recycling, Inc. is a dedicated pallet specialist and full service provider, serving Southern California. We offer a variety of services in addition to new, used, recycled, and custom-made pallets. It is our passion and our goal to exceed your standard pallet experience.
When you are trying to transport goods and products safely, it is critical to making sure you are using a high-quality pallet that can withstand the abuse of logistics. So, when you are moving items around with a forklift or even with a crane, a pallet is important in order to provide a safe and stable platform for the products to rest on. This is where we come in! Our pallets are only of the highest quality and will ensure easy transportation of your goods.
Our History
Javier Melchor established M&J Pallets in the City of Industry, California, in the late 70s. Chino, California, became the new home of the business in 1981. And in 2017, M&J pallets was purchased by his children to keep it in the family.
The second Melchor generation have implemented ambitions plans for M&J Pallets. By upgrading manual systems with new and more efficient processes and expanding to strategic locations, M&J Pallets has become a reliable and proactive partner to businesses across Southern California. Providing more solutions to local businesses while maintaining the reputation of quality and reliability built by their father.

Magali Melchor grew up watching her father provide solutions for local businesses by providing pallet services. She graduated from California State University Long Beach College of Business with a BS in Management. In 2017, she and her brother took over M&J Pallet Recycling where she has put her degree to work, improving processes and expanding the business plan.
